Yesterday you probably noticed a very nice and photogenic situation on the night sky. Jupiter was in a close conjunction with the Moon.
I was doing some work (actually I studied some planets – the gas giants and ice giants) and I took a short break. I went outside and I could not resist. I immediately run for my camera and here we go, this is the result:
The light pollution of the city and of course the natural light pollution caused by the Moon, was huge. So I used a software to post-process the photo. If you will click on the image, you will get a higher resolution.
